    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Committee is aware of the fraudulent transactions by the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), particularly on private hospitals. If we cannot address that out of the NHIF that Kenyans pay and some of us have never used it, these private hospitals are the ones receiving the bulk of it because of false claims. That is where the fundamental issue lies."
