    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move - THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (j)— (k) assess the country’s capacity to deal with the pandemic; (l) develop and publicize an appropriate national plan to manage the pandemic; (m) develop an appropriate post pandemic recovery framework for all sectors affected by the pandemic; (n) develop a community engagement strategy to manage the pandemic; and, (o) provide up-to-date information to the public on the pandemic and the steps the Committee has taken to manage the pandemic and mitigate against its impact."
