    "content": "THAT Clause 25 of the Bill be amended - (a) by renumbering the existing Clause as subclause (1); (b) in the new subclause (1) by deleting the word “may” appearing immediately after the words “relating to finance” and substituting therefore the word “shall”; so that it is mandatory for the CS to prescribe those provisions and (c) by inserting the following new subclause— The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
