    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move - THAT the Bill be amended by deleting clause 29. I seek to propose that we delete Clause 29. Clause 29 was a very controversial one. We felt that if we have Clause 28 as it is, where the contracting party is able to agree, then there is no need to prescribe it for tenancy agreements. That is the amendment on Clause 29."
