    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this is the last amendment. New Clause 38A is on establishment of a fund. Because of those provisions, Sen. Farhiya was asking what we are deleting. This one is now okay because it says that the Cabinet Secretary, following Section 24 (4) of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, shall provide for that fund, and then, we shall enhance this in the other House as we go there."
