"content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, this is just a Procedural Motion to allow debate on the consideration of the Supplementary Estimates II for the Financial Year 2022/2023. We also have the County Allocation of Revenue Bill (Senate Bill No.16 of 2023) and the Equalisation Fund Appropriations Bill (Senate Bill No.3 of 2023). These Motions and Bills are sponsored by the Budget and Appropriations Committee and we need to avail time for their passage. These are very important financial Bills that have timelines. That is why we agreed as the House Business Committee yesterday that we would exempt that business from the provisions The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
