That is not what the House is going to deliberate on. It is about what led to the exhumation of a body. Again, the fact that it has been mentioned that there was dispute over the land does not necessarily prejudice this case."

As the practice is, whenever a matter sub judice is raised in the House the Chair takes time to acquaint itself with the substance of the matter and then rules on the sub judice rule.
