I beg to move: THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended by inserting the word “First” immediately after the words “with the”; It is actually tidying up that sentence. Clause 19 says “the business and affairs of the board of directors shall be conducted in accordance with the schedule”. It is because we have a schedule that needs to be followed.
