There is a fund being run under the Office of the President. Every year, the Government replaces the director of that fund because people are fighting for the control of its funds. Could the Assistant Minister tell the House what his Ministry is doing to revive all the stalled water projects in the country? I have a water project in my constituency known as Malanga Sidindi which the Ministry started reviving about three years ago but it stalled half-way. Could the Assistant Minister tell us the comprehensive policy put in place to revive the stalled water projects throughout the country in the coming financial year? view
