  • 4 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Yes, indeed, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. But the essence of that amendment is so as to keep the provisions of the subsection within the spirit of the Act. We also have "d" where we propose to amend the subsection by deleting the words "a police station, police office or" which will have had the effect of turning the Kenya Anti- Corruption Commission (KACC) offices into a police station or police office.
