Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 34 be amended as follows:- (a) in sub-clause (1)- (i) by deleting the word "shall" and substituting therefor the word "may"; (ii) by deleting the word "complainant" appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words "alleged victim".
