  • 21 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the problem of transport for police officers is countrywide. In my constituency, North Baringo, we do not have a single police station. Could the Assistant Minister provide transport to this area because it is not just Lare and Mau Narok police stations alone which do not have vehicles? view
  • 8 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard the hon. Member say that there are some homeguards who are present in this House. Could he name them? view
  • 8 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. We are discussing a Motion, and yet the Leader of Government Business is not in, and the Minister or the Assistant Ministers are not in. Are we talking to ourselves? We need your guidance on this issue. I am sure the Mover is quite in order. view
  • 31 May 2006 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Could you call upon the Mover to reply? view
