    "content": "It does not make sense for me to receive Kshs8 million, Hon. Alice Kshs17 million and somebody else Kshs50 million. How do I explain to my people? What do I do with my Kshs8 million? I have about 10,000 applications for NG-CDF bursaries. Whom do I give? I received Kshs8 million the other day when the rest were receiving Kshs17 million. Who do I give? If there is distribution of money, then it should be equitable. This favouritism that when you sit in the NG-CDF Committee you get the full amount or 50 per cent yet, you happen to be my neighbour in Kisii is wrong. How do I explain to people that for example, the Hon. Member from the neighbouring constituency received Kshs70 million and I got Ksh8 million?
