    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- (i) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs.27,616,519,830 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2010, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2009/10 Financial Year (Recurrent) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs. 4,679,303,495 therein appearing. (ii) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs14,392,008,839 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2010, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2009/10 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs23,275,698,905 therein appearing."
