    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are also provisions on the Judiciary and a lot has been said. But what stands out is the creation of the Office of the Deputy Chief Justice. What we have currently is a very critical scenario. In case we went for elections and for some reason, the Chief Justice decides to make a disappearing act, we will not have anybody to step into his shoes. The creation of an office deputising the Chief Justice is, in my opinion, very good."
