    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I also wish to thank the Jubilee Party for appointing me as the Deputy Majority Whip in the House in May 2020. I wish to thank the party Leader H. E Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta and the Senators who voted for me to be the Deputy Majority Whip, a position that has never been held in this Senate by a nominated Member on our side. I am grateful that I was able to secure that. Madam Deputy Speaker, I also had an opportunity of being the top 10 nominated Senators for four years running. I am also grateful that I was able to contribute to the success of this House. I thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker."
