    "content": "The Petitioners therefore pray the Senate as follows- (1) To intervene in this matter through the relevant Committee, with a view to ensure that full access to KUTRRH be granted to Kenyatta University medical students, to utilize the hospital for their learning purpose. (2) Recommends that Legal Notice No. 4 of 2019, which recognises cut KUTRRH as a stand-alone parastatal, be revoked. (3) THAT, the KUTRRH be reverted to a university hospital for use by the students in the College of Health Sciences. Now, hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No.237, I shall now allow comments, observations or clarifications, in relation to the Petition for not more than 30 minutes. Sen. Osotsi, proceed."
