In response to Question No. 25 by the Senator for Marsabit County, we are not in a position to give the exact information the Senator is looking for, unless that Question is specific to a county. This is because, the vacancies for positions of chiefs and assistant chiefs occur on a daily basis for the reasons that I am going to provide. As the House is aware, our country is divided into eight regions, 47 counties, 378 sub-counties, 982 divisions, 3055 locations and 9045 sub-locations.
