    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I want to inform my big brother, Sen. Onyonka, that he has taken the best line any legislator in this country and anywhere can take. However, I must add without fear of contradiction that is only going to happen if the Speakers of both Houses are not part of the debate; they are just referees of the debate. You cannot have a situation where you want us to push an agenda of clear discussions, including pushing the agenda of the common mwananchi forward and yet, you have a Speaker seated on the Chair who even anticipates what your point of order will be. That way, you will not get anywhere. I thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
