    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. First and foremost, Narok South is fully represented by a Member elected by the people of Narok. If the Petition was to be raised, it will have to be raised through the hon. Member. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, a Petition must meet some requirements. We have a taskforce whose report has not been submitted to this House. We cannot accept a Petition which pre-empts the taskforce’s report. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my view, I think this Petition is incompetent."
