Temporary Speaker, I would like to ask Question 001/2025 to the Teachers Service Commission (TSC): (a) Could the Commission explain why Mrs. Janet Kadzo of TSC No.468522 was dismissed by the Teachers Service Commission while serving as a Head Teacher at Garithe Primary School? (b) Clarify whether Mrs. Kadzo was accorded fair hearing in accordance with applicable statutes prior to her dismissal; and, (c) Explain why other teachers who were dismissed on similar grounds as Mrs. Kadzo were reinstated while her efforts to seek reinstatement by the Commission have been futile. Thank you."
