We are being told something very alarmist that if you ate a portion of ugali one night, then you will, all of a sudden, become very stupid and your bones will become terribly rickety and things can go wrong. The hon. Member is alarming this country. What we want to know is this: What is this thing called “chronic consumption”. How much aluminum would you have consumed in one year, to be termed as chronic so that this country can know? We may be consuming a lot of aluminum every other day, but what is saving us is that it is not chronic. What is chronic?"
