    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. From time to time, you have ruled that the Speaker does not need to direct that a committee intervenes on a matter like this one. Therefore, given the circumstances and the importance of this matter, would I be in order to request the Chair to refer this matter to the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, and give them a timeframe of three weeks to report back to this House because it is clear that the Minister is between a rock and a hard place? I am seeking the directive of the Chair!"
