    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I agree that we wait for the Departmental Committee to give us a comprehensive report, the answer that has been given to me this afternoon is a bit misleading. Part “b” of the answer states: “The Pyrethrum Board of Kenya has made arrangements to pay farmers on a monthly basis.” What we are asking for are arrears relating to 2008/2009. So, even as we wait for the Committee to respond to this issue, farmers continue to suffer because they are waiting for the payment."
