    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I plead with you that this is a fundamental issue. The Speaker ruled that whenever the Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC) expresses doubts and reservations about the legislation that is brought to this House, it should be considered. In fact, I am so much disappointed by the Chair of CIOC. He is the Chair of the Committee which is supposed to ensure proper implementation of the Constitution."
