The Chair was being advised and the advice is that from our understanding Section 13(1) and Section 52(1) in the Bill are being dropped by the Attorney-General and it is the same intention of the Chairman. I am just summarizing before we proceed. The Attorney-General wants to delete Section 55 and then introduce a new provision. Is that correct? If that is the case, we want to rewind the process by starting with Mr. Baiya and then come to Mrs. Odhiambo- Mabona. Since the Chairman has conceded, we will start with Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona."
