    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause — (1) There is established a body to be known as Sports Kenya. (b) in subclause (2) — (i) by deleting the words “the Authority” and substituting therefor the words “Sports Kenya”; and (ii) by deleting the words “the Authority” in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “Sports Kenya”; (c) in subclauses (3),(4),(5) and (6), by deleting the words “the Authority” wherever they appear and substituting therefor the words “Sports Kenya”."
