    "content": "Article 94(4) is very clear that Parliament shall protect this Constitution and promote the democratic governance of this Republic. I wonder whether the Serem Commission factored in the mandates of Members of Parliament while determining the salary that is supposed to be paid to them. I am referring to the roles and responsibilities of Members of Parliament viz-a-viz commensurate remuneration.
