    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me take this opportunity to thank all hon. Members who have contributed to this Motion. For those who did not contribute because of time, I know that you are supporting the Motion. I have been here ever since we started discussing the Motion. It is important to note that when I saw hon. Simba stand to contribute, I thought he was going to oppose this Motion. This has been a learning process. Hon. Joyce Wanjala taught us that cancer is called saratani . Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, if this Motion is passed and implemented, I am sure most of the bills that we pay now and then will be a thing of the past. I urge hon. Members that we vote for this Motion."
