    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I have a slight issue with this amendment. If you look at the heading, it says “Code of Conduct for Members and Employees of the Commission”. It then gives responsibility to every member or employee thus: “...shall impartially and independently perform the functions of a member...” So, it is the responsibility. It is just making it clear that there is a personal responsibility, so that people do not hide behind--- I would go with the text as it is. We need not add anything because it is a member and an employee. Even the Commission can name the same--- The proper wording should be “a member” or “employee”."
