    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with regard to Dr. Otichilo’s clarification, the Konza Information and Communications Technology Project is one of the projects under the Vision 2030. We want to set up a model city so that we can benefit from the ICT. It will be a centre of excellence in the field of the ICT. It will also be a centre for research in this field, because it is a new area, where technology moves very fast. For us to be able to leapfrog in terms of technological development, we need to identify a very special area, and we have zeroed on the ICT. So, the physical facilities will be set up by the Government; that is roads, energy, water and so on. It will then invite companies to come and invest in Konza. There will be incentives to attract these companies to invest there."
