The Motion in Order No.8 is procedural and the one on Order No.9 is a substantive Motion on issues that are already raised in Order No.8. Would I be in order to request that we first deal with Order No.8 because it is a procedural Motion and then we debate Motion in Order No.9 so that we achieve as much as possible? I also wanted to clarify further that I see no prejudice subject to your direction in muting debate in Order No.8 because it is procedural. The substance issues there will be subsumed and discussed in Order No.9."
