    "content": "The Kenya Airways introduced another service called Jambo Jet and it was touted as being the cheaper option for travel. If you happen to delay and you miss your flight, I tell you that ticket becomes obsolete. You cannot get a refund or get rescheduled. I think that is draconian; that is undemocratic and it is not the way to handle clients."
