You know two-thirds majority is not gained through a shout as the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs is doing. He did not know that this requires a two-thirds majority. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the Bill proposes to amend Section 17 by inserting a new subsection immediately after Section 17(3). The subsection that the President wants deleted says: The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
