    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 43 of 2013) be now read a Third Time. I also request hon. Mwaura to second the same. Before hon. Mwaura stands, I wish to thank hon. Members most sincerely for their contribution. They have shown a lot of concern in different clauses. I want to tell hon. Members that I am committed to repealing the whole Act of persons with disabilities starting with the Education Act. I shall be doing that and asking for their support in future. Thank you very much."
