    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I once again wish to congratulate the Mover of the Bill for the manner in which we have executed the Bill. I also want to thank hon. Members for their support. Indeed, there are some issues that were raised as a matter of clarity but, just for purposes of record, I want to say that the Kenya Sign Language is the official language for the deaf away from even the mother tongue sign languages. If you are a mother and you get a deaf child, there is a way in which you communicate. But this is the standard one."
