    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I have heard what my good friend, Hon. Chepkong’a, Member for Ainabkoi and the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, has said. He is a man whom I have a lot of respect for, as I have for all the other Members. We have a problem. He was not here in the morning. The English people have a phrase; there is something they call “honest mistakes”. Honest mistakes are those made in good faith. In other words, there is no agenda but it is a mistake. It is very possible that honest mistakes have been made and this would be a case in point; it is about the Judiciary."
