    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- (i) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs27,466,736,720 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2011 in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2010/2011 Financial Year (Recurrent) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs6,956,804,940 therein appearing. (ii)THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs8,590,461,320 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2011 in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2010/2011 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs22,604,931,358 therein appearing."
