    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to add my voice to those of my colleagues who supported this particular Bill by Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo, and I stand to make two comments. First, the Kenya Police Reservists have suffered in the past as a result of the failure by the Ministry of Interior and National Coordination to make a clear policy in terms of remuneration, command structure and deployment. On several occasions, deployment has been questioned in a number of areas particularly in the ASAL areas where these people have served and communities continued pointing at each other.
