Given its peculiar nature and the prayers that it seeks; some of which may result in huge public expenditure of public resources, I will allow a few Members to make comments and/or seek clarifications from Hon. Mwaura. This is a unique kind of Petition. One may have thought that it was only applicable in South Africa but now, Hon. Mwaura is bringing it to the attention of the entire country. I can see the Member to whom it is directed to. He needs to enact this legislation. Hon. Kamama, you have a heavy task. You may need to order for corrective surgery or any other such like thing. Maybe, I should give you the first shot."
