"content": "You will see some animals being collected and they say that some orders have come from Nairobi. I thank God because of the new Constitution. Police reforms will be implemented. I believe God will help us, so that our people can be safe and removed from the suffering that has caused pain for a very long time. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the world is presently caught up in such a way that humanity is constantly working towards oneness. Where that is not the case, unrest, greed, theft, harmful competition and other vices become rampant. Kenyans have a common destiny. Therefore, cattle rustling is not a pastoralist issue. It is a national issue. The Government must facilitate the journey towards this unity. The unseen factors must also be addressed. With those few remarks, I beg to move."
