    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Chairman. I support the amendment. I remember during the First Reading, I felt that it is extremely representative. I think I had also expressed a desire to bring in an amendment at this stage to basically look at the issue of representation, especially looking at a representative of the community of persons with disabilities (PWDs) simply because with the advent of devolution, obviously we are talking about counties. Therefore, we realise that even with a composition like The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
