    "content": "When the President signs an act of Parliament and it does not come to the Senate, it is not an Act of Parliament; it is an Act of the National Assembly. We must say so, because history will judge us harshly for these things. I know that there are several treaties that we have entered into, some we have not entered into, some we have ratified – such as the Arms Treaty - and others concerning counties and boundaries.
