    "content": "I was privileged to be part of the team that spent three years persuading the Moi regime that HIV/AIDS was a crisis of humanity and, therefore, needed to be addressed holistically. I am proud to say that after three years of persuasion, 21 years ago, I was in the team that had the opportunity to draft the HIV/AIDS Act. That Act covers 14 different sectors. Let us expand our thinking with any intervention that must come in terms of COVID-19. Let us understand that this is a crisis beyond any individual departmental Committee.
