Many agree while others disagree with what has been spoken to. I plead with the House that immediately after this procedure we conclude the Impeachment Procedure Bill. We cannot be the House that is castigating county assemblies for not having lived up to the dictates of our Constitution, yet as a Senate for three terms, we have not guided our county assemblies on how to properly carry out an impeachment.
