It is not my habit to interrupt people when they are making their presentations, but there is something either misleading, mischievous or for lack of proper understanding of the procedures of this House, that he raised, which if left on record, can mislead other Senators. Any Bill – remove the Division of Revenue Bill in mind so that you are not confused – that is brought before this House is read a First Time. Then it is committed to a Committee, which looks at the Bill. You remember the debate that we had here many times, whether we can debate a Bill before a Committee files their report or after.
