Mr. Speaker, Sir, a few months ago, you chaired a meeting when we had training for Senate leadership together with I think the Chairpersons of Committees in the United Arabs Emirates (UAE). We took time to listen to Kenyans who work there. They presented us with very concrete proposals on what they think we can do as a country to take advantage of the labour market that exists in that region. There are 19 Bills that are before the Senate for consideration at the Second Reading stage. Ten of these Bills are scheduled in today’s Order Paper.
