Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we need your determination. It is provided in the Standing Orders to use a language that is respectful towards a colleague. Sen. Olekina wants to demand that he be addressed with decorum and respect, while he is calling a colleague childish. That is really unfortunate. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, did you hear him? about how he wanted to ditch the Orange Democratic Party (ODM). Sen. Sifuna had to give way for him to get the position that he has now. So, Sen. Methu is right when he says that Sen. Olekina snatched something from Sen. Sifuna. However, it is not right for him to say that Sen. Methu is childish.
