Basically, if we do not want the National Assembly to “chew” our fare, if that is a phrase that Sen. (Dr.) Ochillo-Ayacko is more comfortable with, let us hold on. I plead with you. Kibiru, the indefatigable Chairman of the Senate Committee on Finance and Budget. When he says that they have received assurances from the highest office in the land, is he insinuating that Sen.
