They would be able to be taken to a working public health facility be it a dispensary, health centre or even a county referral hospital. • 7 Oct 2021 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, I hope we will grow to a point of understanding that as much as you want to have good equipment in a good hospital, you also need to have a doctor who is well paid and provided for all the necessary equipment that they need.
